Dipstick and the Brat

Ha!Ha!Ha! You little shit!

This drawing is based on a situation I witnessed many years ago now.

The little girl in the picture was a total brat and clearly spoilt.

And judging by the behaviour of the adult towards her it was quite clear to see why the little girl acted the way she did.

She obviously had the perfect role model.
