More than a decade after he released his documentary “Bowling For Columbine,” about another tragic Colorado massacre, filmmaker Michael Moore says he is “sick” of having to keep addressing the issue of gun control.

In an interview with CNN’s Piers Morgan last night, Moore pleaded for more restrictive measures on gun ownership in the wake of the horrific massacre in an Aurora, Colorado, movie theater last week

“If people would just rise up and say ‘Damn it, this is not the America I’m going to live in. This is too great of a country to let this happen again. I am not going to let this happen again,’” Moore said.

Couple Refuse to Rip Up Illegal Vegetable Garden after Demands From Draconian Council

This spring, Michel Beauchamp and wife Josee Landry planted an elaborate vegetable garden on the front lawn at their Drummondville, Quebec, home and the cucumbers, tomatoes, beets and Brussels sprouts they grow have helped him shed 75lb and her 25lb.

But town code states such a garden can only take up 30 per cent of front yards in the St-Charles-de-Drummond neighbourhood where they live – the rest must be grass.

Israel Plans Lebanon Invasion After Syria Falls

Following the inevitable collapse of Syria, Israel will invade Lebanon and “the damage will be enormous,” a senior officer told Haaretz on Thursday.

During 2006 invasion, Israel targeted Lebanese civilians.

“The destruction will be greater in Lebanon than in Israel and the amount of explosives which will fall there will be far more than what will fall here,” said an IDF officer. “We will need to be strong and aggressive.”

IDF Brig.-Gen. Herzi Halevy said blame for the coming Israeli invasion will be attributed to Hezbollah due to the Shi’ite paramilitary organization’s establishment of bases in villages and towns located in southern Lebanon.

Hezbollah was organized in response to 18 years of Israeli military occupation of southern Lebanon. It has since established itself as a major political broker with veto power in Lebanon’s parliament and control of eleven of thirty seats in the cabinet.

Israel claims Syria is transferring missiles and chemicals weapons to Hezbollah. Israel has indicated it is prepared to use military force to prevent Hezbollah from obtaining Syria’s weaponry, Maj. Gen. Yair Golan, head of the Israel’s Northern Command that borders Lebanon and Syria, told the UPI on May 31.

Halevy said Israel blames Syria for “terrorist activities” on its northern border “and is preparing accordingly,” according to Jonatan Urich of the IDF.

Halevy added that “the IDF is preparing seriously and professionally for another Lebanon war. The response will need to be sharper, harder, and in some ways very violent.”

“The Goldstone report will pale in comparison to what will be here next time,” Halevy warned, referring to the 2009 UN report documenting Israeli war crimes in the Gaza Strip. Israel’s Operation Cast Lead, also known as the Gaza Massacre, was later determined to be a serious violation of international humanitarian law.

The July, 2006 invasion of Lebanon killed over six thousand people and displaced nearly a million. Israel, with the active support of the United States, decided to invade the country and destroy Hezbollah, which receives support from Syria. Israel did not manage to decisively defeat the popular Shi’ite group and retreated the following month.

On June 29, the Joint Task Force Lebanon, a U.S. European Command operational unit assigned responsibility for military support to the American Embassy in Beirut, began Angel Curator 2, an exercise designed to simulate the evacuation of civilian and UNIFIL (United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon) personnel and their families “as a result of natural events such as earthquakes, floods and environmental catastrophes,” according to Il Gazzettino, an Italian newspaper.

South Carolina mother billed for street cleaning, vehicle removal after undocumented immigrant kills her son in drunk driving accident

A South Carolina mother has had to cover the costs associated with cleanup after an undocumented immigrant living in the area struck and killed her son while driving drunk. WYFF4.com in Greenville reports that Loretta Robinson was billed for the towing and storage of her son Justin’s car, as well as for street cleaning to clean up his blood, despite the fact that the man was the victim and not at fault.

Anna Gonzalez, who has been living in the Greenville area for about 12 years, was driving without a license about a year ago when she struck Justin’s car, killing him on impact. Gonzalez had never, in fact, ever obtained a South Carolina driver’s license while living in the area. She pleaded guilty recently to the charges filed against her, and is now serving a 17-year prison sentence.

But the sentence does not necessarily address the costs that Robinson is now being forced to pay as a result of Gonzalez’ negligent behavior. And since the woman is now in prison, Robinson believes she likely will not receive any compensation from Gonzalez to cover these costs, which adds insult to injury in an already heartbreaking situation.

“I had to pay to have the vehicle towed. I had to pay to have the vehicle removed. And to clean up the street from Justin’s blood,” said Robinson in a courtroom before both the judge and Gonzalez. “We have to be able in our country to figure out a better way to deal with people who are here illegally and commit crimes,” added Robinson later to WYFF4.com.

The South Carolina State Office of Victim Assistance (SOVA) has provided some financial assistance to Robinson that covers funeral and counseling expenses, but this has not been enough to cover the other costs. Many compassionate residents living in the Greenville area, however, have offered to help Robinson and her family, as evidenced by the many comments left over at WYFF4.com.

On the other hand, it appears as though the vehicle Robinson’s son was driving at the time of his death may not have been properly insured, which is why Robinson even received these bills in the first place. The tow truck driver who issued Robinson the $50 cleaning charge later told WYFF4.com that neither party had car insurance.

FDA Approves Meningitis Vaccine After Big Pharma Conducts Human Experiments

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has given GlaxoSmithKilne (GSK) their approval of the MenHibrix vaccine(MHV), which is meant for infants between the ages of 6 weeks to 18 months. This vaccine is a dangerous mixture of the meningococcal disease and Hib disease.

MHV will be manufactured in Rixensart, a Belgium-based arm of GSK Biologicals.

In 2010 and 2011, the FDA rejected MHV. GSK claims that they have “resolved” the FDA’s concerns about the necessity, potency and efficiency of MHV. This simply accepted GSK’s word that they have taken care of the vaccine’s issues. The FDA does not require more proof than that.

In fact, the FDA’s standard practice is to regulate drugs after they have been approved, rather than just making sure they are safe before releasing them out to the public.

In 2008, the FDA admitted that there is no regulatory checking of safety of trials. The FDA relied solely on the data provided them from the drug makers themselves.

Furthermore, the FDA does not check or regulate cosmetics prior to their release to the markets for the public to purchase. They leave the safety responsibility to the cosmetic corporations to essentially regulate themselves.

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), infants are most at risk for contracting bacterial meningitis, which is an infection that attacks the thin lining surrounding the brain and spinal cord.
Last month, the CDC was involved in a propaganda campaign to coerce Americans to start receiving immunizations after the recent decline reported by doctors across the country.

Karen Midthum, director of the center for biologics at the FDA stated that:

With today’s approval of Menhibrix, there is now a combination vaccine that can be used to prevent potentially life-threatening Hib disease and two types of meningococcal disease in children. It is the first meningococcal vaccine that can be given starting as young as six weeks of age.

The MHV will be administered as a four-dose vaccine that the CDC recommended is added to infant’s immunizations schedule.

Dr. Leo Friedland, vice president of clinical and medical affairs at GSK North American division says:

(Meningitis) is one of those diseases that although not common, when it occurs it’s absolutely devastating and horrible. It presents to the doctor when a child just looks ill, and within 18 to 24 hours, they’re on the deathbed in the hospital. . . To be able to have a vaccine to prevent meningitis is really a great day.

The MHV targets only the C and Y strains of meningococcal bacteria and the Hib bacteria (a.k.a. Haemophilus influenzae type b).

GSK says there is no vaccine in the US to treat the B strain of the meningococcal bacteria.GSK is planning on administering 1.1 billion doses of MHV to 173 countries in developed and developing countries.GSK maintains that MHV was evaluated on 7,500 infants and toddlers in the U.S., Mexico and Austria.

Pfizer, one of GSK’s biggest competitors, was part of a campaign in Southern Africa and India where they were conducting experiments with their meningitis vaccine on underdeveloped children in nations where their access to healthcare is severely limited.

This experiment was perfectly timed. While a meningitis epidemic broke out in Nigeria, Pfizer happen to coincide this problem with the reveal of Trovan, which was distributed to Nigerians in response to the “outbreak”.

To receive the Food and Drug Administration’s certification of approval, Pfizer used Africa as their clinical trial laboratory to produce the proof they needed to make Trovan a profitable endeavor.

The St. Louis University’s (SLU) Center for Vaccine Development (CVD) is conducting a study with Pfizer, to create a vaccine for meningitis specifically targeting children.

Dr. Edwin Anderson, researcher at SLU’s CVD states:

An effective adolescent vaccine against meningococcal B disease has the potential to help save lives and reduce emotional and psychological stress caused by long-term consequences of the disease.

This vaccine will target the human immune system, our body’s natural defense against disease. Their purpose is to find an effective way of tricking the human immune system. Traditional use of dead cultures in this instance is ineffective, says Anderson.

Because of the adverse reactions, the use of live cultures of dangerous diseases and the proven ineffectual nature of vaccines, this rush to find a meningitis vaccine targeting our children is simply another attempt by Big Pharma to undermine our natural ability to remain healthy.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu urges action on Iran after meeting Vladimir Putin

The hypocrisy oozes out of every pore of Israel. But what is interesting is that Israel is being set up to be destroyed. It is being thrown to the wolves circling to devour it like a suicide bomb in the canine's mouth. Russia is being drawn in due to its military interest in the region (Syria and Iran). But the end goal is similar to the Sykes-Picot agreement: Anglo-American interests enforced at the expense of the Arabs, Jews and Russians.

Egypt is fundamentalist extreme 'Islam'; a theocratic state. Anti-semitic to the core. Syria will fall and Assad's secular state will be replaced by a similar regime to Egypt. Iran already has one in place.

Israel is jewish and going more and more to the right building up to an insane nuclear armageddon in the region.

Russia is being brought in to be split in two: pulled by Israel one side, and by the Arabs on the other.

In his first public comments on the inconclusive round of talks in Moscow last week between world powers and Iran, Netanyahu repeated Israel's three core demands.

"I believe two things must be done now: strengthening the sanctions and also boosting the demands," Netanyahu said, without mentioning the possibility of Israeli military action should diplomacy fail.

The international community must call for the cessation of all uranium enrichment in Iran, the removal of all enriched uranium from the country and the dismantling of the Furdow underground nuclear facility, he added.

At the Moscow talks, Russia, the United States, China, Britain, France and Germany set no date for further political negotiations.

Last month, and again in the Russian capital, world powers asked Iran to close the Furdow facility where uranium is being enriched to 20-percent fissile purity, and to ship any stocks out of the country, demands that come close to those of Israel.

Israel wants all Iranian uranium enrichment to stop, but is uneasy about the West's current focus on halting only higher-percentage enrichment close to a level needed to produce material for nuclear bombs.

European governments on Monday formally approved an embargo on Iranian oil to start on July 1. Debt-ridden Greece had pushed for a delay because it relies heavily on Iranian crude to meet its energy needs, but EU governments said the embargo would go ahead as planned.

"We had an opportunity to discuss the negotiations under way between the international community and Iran," Netanyahu said of his meeting with Putin.

"We agree that nuclear weapons in the hands of Iran represents a grave danger, first of all to Israel, but also to the region and to the entire world," he said.

Putin, in his own comments to reporters at Netanyahu's residence, said they discussed Iran's nuclear programme and the situation in Syria "in great detail". He did not elaborate.

Russia takes a softer tack than the Western nations and opposes any further sanctions against Iran. Putin has said Russia has no proof that Tehran, which denies it is seeking atomic weapons, intends to become a nuclear-armed power.

His trip to Israel, the Palestinian Territories and Jordan is seen as an effort to increase Russia's clout in the region at a time when the West and some Arab nations have criticised Moscow for opposing their efforts to force out Syrian President Bashar al-Assad.

The visit, officially billed as an opportunity to dedicate a memorial in central Israel to the Red Army's battles against Nazi Germany in World War Two, began a day after the Muslim Brotherhood's Mohamed Mursi was declared the winner of Egypt's presidential election.

The outcome of the poll in Egypt, which signed a peace treaty with Israel in 1979, has raised concerns in Israel.

On Syria, Russia has brushed aside U.S. and Arab calls to stop sending weapons to the government there, saying it supplies only defensive arms. It has also used its veto power in the United Nations Security Council to protect Syria.

Assad has helped Russia keep a foothold in the Middle East by buying billions of dollars worth of weapons and hosting a maintenance facility for the Russian navy, its only permanent warm-water port outside the former Soviet Union.
